Our quick guide to service levels:

First Class

We recommend this option if your copy is for publishing or external use (websites, corporate communications, marketing literature, contracts, manuals etc.). We involve 3 linguists in the translation, proofing and proofchecking process to ensure your message is in the right tone, style, guaranteeing total accuracy and peace of mind.

Business Class

For internal communications and understanding key content of formal documents (e.g. tender requirements, contracts), a first draft translation with a basic proofcheck may suffice. The proof check is done by a linguist who checks for numbers, inclusion of all content and formatting. The translation will be accurate but not as polished as required for external consumption.

Economy Class

If you just need to get the gist of a text and it’s for internal use only, we would recommend machine translation combined with a professional editing by a translator. It won’t be polished but you’ll get the basic message… and at a fraction of the price of other translation methods.
